2013 Human Rights Day - Save the Date

SAVE THIS DATE: Tuesday, December 10th, 2013
How are human rights affected by class and race?

The International Human Rights Day Committee
invites you to a discussion of
“Class and Race: What Happens When the ‘Have-nots’ Become ‘Haves’?”

through a Dramatic Reading of
Palmer Park

Glass’ acclaimed play helps us understand our situation in depth, with heart as well as mind.  Looking at human rights through the lens of drama builds on our year of talking about race and community.

Bring your friends, neighbors, faith group, and colleagues.  Come, see, question the actors, the director, and one another—and then explore where you can make a difference in solving class/race conflicts here in Rochester!

All of us working together as community CAN make a difference. Please come!

Free, and open to the public. Wheelchair accessible. Looped
